We are working with a lovely restaurant based in Central London which is newly opening and looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. The menu will be Italian Small plates / tapas style service so a knowledge of Italian Cuisine would be beneficialThis Sous Chef role is worked on a 5/7 day rota with evenings and weekends required, the shift pattern will be a mix of morning and evening shifts so you must be flexible to cover both. This is a 40 hour contract with any additional hours paid at overtime.You will be working in a team of 15 in the kitchen and front of house and the Sous Chef will be producing all food from fresh. The restaurant caters for between 100 - 150 covers per service so experience in a busy restaurant will be required. Ideal role for a Sous Chef who has a passion for Italian Food and cooking fresh food to order and working in a Central London locationWe are looking for a Sous Chef with busy kitchen experience ideally Italian brasserie style or tapas style service.
