We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a prestigious private members club in London to join a strong brigade. You will be working in both banqueting and a la carte dining.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in high-end restaurants or five-star hotels, who thrives in both la carte and banquet settings.
Salary Package: £45,000 for a 40-hour week, with overtime paid for additional hours worked (most team members work around 45 hours weekly)
