Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining establishments, Michelin starred restaurants, or private members clubs
- Extensive knowledge of Italian and British cuisine
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable
