Sous Chef - creative role - east london
Albers is looking for a passionate and experienced sous chef to join their team in De Beauvoir.
The role involves;
- Producing seasonal, creative dishes, and working closely with the head chef on weekly and daily menu changes.
- We are looking for someone with strong kitchen skills as well as experience in team-building and teaching.
If you're an experienced senior chef de partie or a junior sous chef looking for a step-up, this could be a great opportunity. Plus, with the restaurant closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sunday evenings, there's a solid work-life balance, along with 28 days of holiday and 10 additional days off over Christmas and New Year's.
