Sous Chef role

I am seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exquisite Japanese cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to quality, playing a vital role in leading the kitchen team and maintaining our high standards.

Sous Chef responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, including the live sushi and robata counters.
  • Support menu development by contributing creative ideas and innovative dishes.
