A great opportunity has come up for a Sous Chef to join the team of an exciting neighbourhood Michelin star restaurant in the heart Mayfair:
- Casual fine dining Mediterranean & Spanish cuisine, sharing concept dishes with bold flavours - 1* Michelin
- Fresh ingredients and seasonal produce top notch suppliers (open fire, whole butchering on site, dry age meat, line caught fish)
- Lunch and dinner up to 100 covers - open kitchen setting
- Salary up to £45,,000 per annum (according to experience)
- Fantastic project and strong chef team
- Rota of 2 doubles, 3 singles shifts
The ideal Sous Chef must be passionate and have a background in Michelin star restaurants and volume as the food is top quality but also operates very fast-paced in high volume kitchen setting. You will be creative and supportive with your Head Chef, supporting him with costing, tastings, HACCP, and more in this super popular restaurant that has won multiple accolades.
