Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Sous Chef for a French semi-gastronomic restaurant.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a sous chef or junior sous chef in a 2 rosettes restaurant.
A good knowledge of French cuisine is essential for this role.
The kitchen operates with a brigade of 10 and requires 8-9 shifts per week.
Eligibility to work in the UK is required, either through British nationality or UK settlement status.
