The Role:
As our Sous Chef, youll be the second most senior member of the kitchen, working closely with our Head Chef. Youll play a key role in daily operations and have a real impact on the menu and team.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Executive Chef on seasonal menu development
- Support and manage kitchen staff during service
- Oversee prep and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Maintain all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering
About You:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef is essential
- Confident, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Great team player with a positive attitude
- Passionate about quality food and seasonal ingredients
