As Sous Chef, youll be the right hand to the Head Chef, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining our high standards of food quality, safety, and service. With a focus on teamwork and development, this role is perfect for someone eager to grow and thrive within our hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in designing and executing seasonal menus inspired by modern British cuisine.
Lead the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence, ensuring consistent quality and seamless service.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
A passion for food and creativity, with a strong understanding of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Excellent organisational and communication skills to support the Head Chef and wider team.
A collaborative attitude and ability to work well under pressure during busy services.
Ambition to grow within the role and the wider hospitality group.
