Sous Chef - creative role - east london
Albers is looking for a passionate and experienced sous chef to join their team in De Beauvoir.
The role involves;
- Producing seasonal, creative dishes, and working closely with the head chef on weekly and daily menu changes.
- We are looking for someone with strong kitchen skills as well as experience in team-building and teaching.
