Our client a Cookery School & Party Events company based in the City of London is now looking for a Sous Chef.
The Cookery School featurestwo stunning, fully equipped professional kitchens and offer cookery classes and team building events for up to 20/25 people.
The Sous Chef role is best suited to someone who is:
Confident with very basic kitchen skills that include pasta making, boning out chicken/fish, who will enjoy working in a close-knit team and be prepared to work as a team player.
Ideally the Sous Chef has worked in a fine dining restaurant for at least two years.
The role of Sous Chefis for an immediate start, 40 hours per weekand suits someone looking for a less stressful schedule.
This is a customer facing role which will require the ideal Sous Chef to:
Have a very engaging, friendly personality
Speak English fluently and able to deal with people from all walks of life
The role is mostly Monday to Friday.
The salary for the Sous Chef is £40,000 per year.
Closed Xmas, Easter, bank holidays and mostly day shifts.
