Are you a talented Sous Chef with a passion for Italian/ Mediterranean cuisine?
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a dynamic kitchen team in the heart of London.
What Youll Do:
- Assist the Head Chef with the day-to-day kitchen operations
- Bring your creativity, leadership, and expertise to elevate our fine dining experience
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining Italian/ Mediterranean restaurant
- A passion for cooking with high-quality, seasonal ingredients
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
What We Offer:
- 48 hour contract with all overtime paid (they generally dont work more than 50 - 52 hours)
- Be part of a strong, dedicated team that thrives on creativity and excellence
- 6 weeks paid leave (4 weeks in summer and 2 week at Christmas)
- Saturday mornings and Sundays off as well as bank holidays
