Sous Chef (high end Italian/seafood cooking experience)

Start date: ASAP

Salary: £41,776.00 gross per year (£2800 net monthly)

Our newly opened Italian restaurant in Covent Garden is looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our team asap.
The ideal candidate must have previous kitchen management experience; worked in luxury/fine dining Italian/Mediterranean restaurants.
Responsibilities:
Extensive experience in Italian cuisine, with a strong focus on seafood dishes.
Ability to execute traditional and modern Italian recipes to the highest standards.
Previous experience in a high-end restaurants is highly desirable
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
