Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all preparation areas.
- Assist in Head Chef with day to day role and catering events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant or takeaway shop
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
