Duties and responsibilities related totheWok Chef de Partie role

Ensure the wok station operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of food preparation and safety.
Contribute creative ideas to keep the menu fresh, exciting, and aligned with seasonal trends.
Follow classic Cantonese recipes while also experimenting with new wok-based creations to enhance the menu.
Master stir-frying, deep-frying, steaming, and other techniques specific to Cantonese wok dishes.
Work closely with the head chef and management to update the menu and introduce seasonal specials.

About you

Proventrack recordand experience in high-end Chinese cuisine is essential.Excellent knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
