Drylining Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor required in Westminster

GVR Solutions are currently representing an existing and well-established drylining contractor based in London who are currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor to join their Drylining team where you will be working on a number of residential and commercial fit out / refurbishmentprojects.


Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor responsibilities:

  • Preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction
  • Review project progress and present project data as appropriate
  • Sub-contract Tendering
  • Cost Control and reporting
  • Attend projects meetings
  • Procurement
  • Final Accounts
  • Assist with larger projects

The Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor will:

  • Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or Construction Management degree
  • Have experience in Drylining.
  • Surveying experience in the construction industry
  • Relevant IT Skills
  • Excellent oral communication and written skills
  • A good knowledge of Maths
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident, Articulate and a critical thinker
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Willing to undertake training and development when needed.
