The Role:

We are currently recruiting an experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team to support with current and future exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for capturing client needs through the development of User, Stakeholder, Operational, System, and Subsystem requirements.

Be accountable for the development of the Requirements Management Approach through associated plans and processes.

Design and implement requirements databases using industry-standard tools such as DOORS.

Management of the requirements baseline throughout the project lifecycle, including change control.

Capture verification and validation information, ensuring progressive demonstration of requirements linked to tests and results.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in a technical engineering-related discipline or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in requirements development and management.
  • Proficiency in using various Requirements Management tools (e.g., DOORS).
  • Preference for candidates with railway knowledge, including but not limited to stations, rail systems, and rolling stock.
  • Familiarity with requirements best practices such as traceability, acceptance criteria, and change control.
