This well-known professional membership organisation, based in central London, is looking for an Associate Head of Data Analytics to lead the continuing improvement and delivery of their growing data and analytics functions, feeding into key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Head of Data Analytics Role:
- Lead and report on the data and analytics strategy for the organisation, consulting with key departments to incorporate business needs.
- Provide leadership, management, and direction to the dedicated data team, confirming organisation objectives and priorities.
- Champion and drive the use of data and analytics improvement methodologies for incorporation throughout the organisation.
- Budget management responsibilities for the department.
- Collaborate with various directorates to underpin business planning with analytics activity.
- Manage the organisation’s data architecture, creating and procuring data analytics tools where needed.
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Educated to degree standard, or with equivalent professional experience, ideally with a qualification in CBIP.
- Project management qualification - or demonstrable hands-on understanding of methodologies.
- Leadership and management experience at a senior level within a matrix structure, building and directing a data analytics department.
- Change management experience.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms - SQL, Power BI, Python/R etc.
Salary:
- c£95,000 per annum.
- Full-time, permanent role.
- Based in central London office with provision for remote working for part of the week.
