Partner Success Director - Managed Services

My client is ranked among Europe's top 10 Managed Service Providers, distinguished by its UK-leading ISO accreditation's and its ability to deliver comprehensive IT services to clients worldwide, 24/7, 365 days a year. They specialise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, support, and consultancy, providing enterprise-level solutions to mid-market and growing businesses.

Due to ongoing success they have a requirement for the newly created position of Partner Success Director. As Partner Success Director you will be reporting directly to the MD but working closely across the whole team.

The Partner Success Director will cover key areas such as Account management and planning, (overseeing a team of account managers), Technology leadership, And new business and project support.

You will have a proven MSP leadership background - the key responsibility is leadership within the management team for consistent high engagement of their client relationships. Service delivery teams ensure they deliver on their promise but as the business has scaled there is an increasing need that they are consistent in the management of client relationships.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a leadership role in a proven MSP where you can have a real input as the company goes from strength to strength. This is Hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. So someone commutable to North London. Parking available onsite.
