- Own EU AB 1P event strategy and management from inception to assessment
- Develop and execute approaches to drive customer engagement at large-scale AB-owned events
- Own and develop a high bar of customer experience for all large scale AB-owned events in the organization
- Manage go-to-market - owned event strategies, including key proposals and execution plans
- Liaise with senior internal stakeholders to develop timely inputs, set-up processes across other functions of the organization to maintain a high bar on quality execution
- Compile, analyse, and present performance metrics and enlighten potential opportunities for program growth
- Source services from vendors through RFPs and analysis to scale support
- Contribute to strategy docs as they relate to our clients -owned events
- 5+ years’ experience in event marketing (including execution)
- 5+ years of experience producing and scaling medium to large 1P events
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience analysing and interpreting data to make business recommendations
- Ability to self-start and work both independently and within a team
- Strong bias for action: can manage multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Event industry-related certifications (CMP, CMM, CTSM, etc)
- Experience working with AEM, BI tools, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar digital marketing tool
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, geographically diverse, and rapidly changing environment
