Our client is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies - all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. Video Advertising is rapidly evolving as customers shift their viewing experiences from traditional linear TV to streaming via connected devices, and our client is a rising player in this space. Our client is looking for a senior product marketing manager to support our client Advertising in the EU and to help us translate advertiser needs into actionable results. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across Brand/Events/Content Marketing, PR, Product Management, Ad Sales, Operations, and MGM Studios teams. The ideal candidate can think strategically and execute to a high standard, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and is excited to experiment and learn in a data driven environment, using customer data and insight to shape marketing strategies and execution. You are also able to work with minimal direction and move quickly while delivering high-quality outputs.Key job responsibilities:
  • Develop messaging and marketing plans that influence advertiser perceptions and deliver sustained awareness of our clients advertising across the EU
  • Shape the strategy for how our client should be positioned at B2B-facing advertising events across the EU
  • In partnership with relevant our client and Ads teams, build out a roadmap of B2B marketing activations
  • Identify insights from internal and external market research to refine B2B marketing strategies, influence the product roadmap, and optimize our positioning to ensure proper market fit
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis to identify market trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, providing valuable insights to shape marketing strategy
  • Develop scalable workflows and approval processes for sourcing and developing marketing materials to support B2B advertising initiatives, collaborating with relevant and the MGM studios teams
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools and training materials to support the sales process and drive revenue growth
  • Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, and emerging technologies
Basic qualifications:
  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
  • Experience with video advertising solutions is preferred
