Area Sales Manager sought by the building solutions division of a global, £multibillion plastics manufacturer with close to 200 locations worldwide, to cover London & the South East.The Role:Working from home and from the London sales office, as Area Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for:
  • Generating new business for heating and plumbing products and underfloor heating products within London and the South East
  • Working with key decision makers within Specifiers, Mechanical Contractors, Clients, and Wholesalers
  • Achieving sales and profitability targets
  • Using CRM system to provide regular planning and reporting on all projects
The successful Area Sales Manager will demonstrate:
  • Experience of selling plumbing and heating systems to Specifiers and Contractors, ideally including underfloor heating products
  • Strong knowledge of the plumbing & heating market
  • A strong track record of developing relationships with Developers, Builders, and Contractors and supplying via Wholesalers
  • Experience of technical sales
  • A structured approach and well-organised
  • Excellent communication skills including performing technical presentations

  • £29,000 - £55,000 salary depending on skills and experience
  • Sales Incentive Programme (results orientated targets - maximum 40% paid quarterly, and individual targets - maximum 10% paid annually)
