As Brand Manager, you will drive brand share and revenue across household categories and support the SBM in delivering a pipeline of innovation across existing categories as well as identifying new potential launches.

Client Details

My client is a challenger brand within the FMCG space, based in London

Description

  • Responsible for media planning and delivery for the category, and working with our agencies / in house social support.

  • You will own the brand's household categories and drive the category strategy and planning through to execution including innovation.
  • You will own the P&L for the household portfolio, deliver the financial KPIs and create brand and commercial plans

  • Own the product development required for launch into multiple categories and countries

  • Develop and deliver the comms and media strategy required to support a successful launch.

  • Monitor brand performance vs. budget and 5 year plan aspirations

Profile

  • Demonstrable experience in brand/marketing role in a global rganisation working within FMCG household categories, ideally household
  • Interest brand management, marketing, or related roles within the FMCG industry or startup environment
  • Experience within EU markets
  • Knowledge of working in sales or trade marketing, working in local / regional / global roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Experience of working in cross functional teams

Job Offer

Permanent role

Up to £50,000 depending on experience, plus 12% bonus based on performance
