We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager role focused exclusively on new business development within the hospitality and food service industry (HORECA). Your target clients will be independent, medium and large-scale businesses seeking on-brand, fashion-forward apparel solutions, often with bespoke branded embroidery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional who excels in opening doors and closing deals. While the initial focus will be on new business acquisition, you will also have the opportunity to grow and account manage the clients you win, benefiting from recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across the HORECA sector.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in medium to large-scale businesses.
  • Manage and grow accounts post-acquisition, leveraging opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring commission earnings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally within the HORECA or related industries.
  • Exceptional new business development skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for delivering results.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
