We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the mid-market sector, targeting independent businesses and non-geographic accounts. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for B2B sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
- £35-40K base salary, OTE £55K, Car Allowance £4K

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the "CEO" of your customer relationships, maintaining partnerships throughout the contract duration.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute a strategy to acquire new customers, upsell within existing accounts, and achieve yearly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Consultative Sales: Engage customers with a deep understanding of their businesses, strategic goals, and our products to propose tailored solutions.
- Product Expertise: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the product ecosystem and industry data to maximize sales opportunities.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust business pipeline, meeting both short-term and long-term revenue goals.
- Team Collaboration: Attend internal meetings, share insights, and contribute to a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- CRM & Reporting: Use CRM to manage activities and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports.

Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in consultative selling and account management.
- High level of personal resilience, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.
- A full, clean driving license
