With ambitious growth plans over the next five years, they’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business initiatives and grow into an essential member of their senior leadership team.

The Role:As a New Business Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and introducing services to new clients nationwide. This sales-focused, results-driven role is ideal for a motivated "producer" with a knack for identifying and capturing new opportunities. You’ll work remotely, meeting clients across the UK to build new business and nurture valuable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business within the commercial moving and workplace solutions sector, targeting clients across the UK.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster lasting partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized, client-focused solutions.
  • Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying client needs and proposing tailored services.

  • Demonstrated success in business development, ideally in commercial removals, business relocations, change management, or a related field.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
