French Account Executive - Our client, a leading provider of consultative business training solutions is seeking a Leadership Advisor to drive new business acquisition and champion sales of integrated solutions across French speaking territories.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to secure new B2B clients and implement strategies that increase sales revenue across the UK and Europe. As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a driven individual who can activate networks, create demand, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment.

As a Leadership Advisor (Account Executive), you will have the opportunity to prospect and engage senior executives (HR / L&D), building high-level relationships that drive sales. You will manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, progressing them through the sales cycle to secure contracted work. The role includes developing account management strategies, devising pricing and negotiation tactics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. With regular travel across the region, you will be at the forefront of growth, actively pursuing opportunities to surpass revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will already have 4-6 years of experience in talent management sales or L&D consulting, with a proven track record of driving new business and creating winning sales strategies. Experience in selling consultative or conceptual business solutions is essential, along with fluency in French, proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required, and experience in HR, leadership development, or succession planning is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a passion for building customer value are key to succeeding in this role.
