Our client is a fast growing digital health & weight loss coaching company focused on weight loss. The company exist to challenge the world's reductive approach to weight loss, to reduce harm to people's health and our health system whilst saving end clients budget (ROI).

They do this by combining science, compassion and service excellence. Highly personalised weight loss care that works because it's precisely as complicated as patients are. The program serves members in Europe and the UK, guiding thousands toward healthier lives.

Role:

  • The Business Development Manager will support the Commercial Director to provide with thought leadership within the industry as it relates to digital platforms & coaching, in line with marketing strategies, while building out network to identify strategic partnerships in the NHS
  • Maintain real-time understanding of the landscape and be able to successfully position the company
  • The Business Development will generate growth of the platform and deliver revenue
  • Support the GLP1 model supporting the psychological and social support for weight loss medication
  • Own annual and quarterly regional sales forecasts and planning.
  • The Business Development Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with the NHS and internally ensuring customer success
  • Create and execute on the solution/product penetration, whilst removing blockers and maximising results.
  • Establish credibility through a consultative sales style and build relationships with department heads, key decision makers and influencers within existing and potential customers, including C-suite
  • Build and maintain a pipeline with qualified opportunities, and effectively move them through the selling process
  • Track and review key metrics to ensure success through the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate effectively across internal functions - Marketing, Product etc.
  • Enhance sales processes, tools and secure commercial engagements
  • Contribute to market competitor/pricing intelligence, analytics and strategic recommendations
  • Contribute towards innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the digital health & coaching services (levels of the NHS desirable)
  • Ability to deliver sales results, as well as flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Confidence and comfort in developing solutions and introducing tech to the NHS on a subscription basis
  • Ability to effectively influence and advise at all levels
  • Ability to grasp pricing theory and economics, related pricing processes, systems and controls
  • The skills to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Office Software, CRM tools desirable
  • An understanding of sales methodologies and consultative process within the NHS
