Our client, a leading global events company, is looking to add a Business Development Manager to their team.
In this role, you will focus on securing new business from core and adjacent markets, including gaming, adtech, and esports. Working on a range of exhibition and content products, you'll drive revenue growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored value propositions for clients.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering remote working with the option for office space if desired and a competitive base salary of £70,000-£80,000.
The Person:- Proven track record in international exhibition or media sales (7+ years).
- Strong relationship-builder with experience working across diverse cultures.
- Passionate about sales, with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering client value.
- Experience within broadcasting/media/television is required.
- Knowledge of emerging sectors like AI, esports, and VR/AR is a strong advantage.
- Drive new business revenue through exhibition space and sponsorship sales.
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects via events, platforms, and networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, ROI-driven value propositions.
- Manage a structured pipeline, ensuring seamless handovers to account managers.
