Cobalt is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a soft-service focused FM provider that's grown from strength to strength in recent years. Seeking an energetic individual with a strong understanding and passion for the Facilities and Real Estate industries, you'll form a key part of the business as they enter the next phase of their evolution as a brand. As an SME business with a multi-million pound turnover and an array of blue-chip clients, you'll have the opportunity to progress and develop yourself alongside the growth of the business that you drive forward.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the FM services sector.
  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers across sectors, including corporate, public, and industrial markets.
  • Collaborating with operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs and expectations.
  • Keeping ahead of industry trends to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

As the successful applicant you'll be able to demonstrate a strong track record in B2B sales and having managed the full sales lifecycle within the FM Services industry. Soft Service experience would be preferable, but not essential. You'll have thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be confident in your consultative approach to developing new business.
