International Area Sales Manager - North or SouthAs a Cross border and sales specialist within the Network Sales function you will be responsible for developing International new business opportunities both individually and across the Network Sales Teams as well as enhancing product knowledge and expertise across the organisation.You will be accountable for:- Identifying and developing a personal prospect pipeline of sufficient quality and quantity to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets as set by the business- Meeting all set KPI's and achieving productivity targets- Managing and recording sales activity and sales process through the our clients CRM System- Meeting or exceeding targets for new International volume- Build and hold close relationships across the Network Sales teams, supporting the onboarding process of any new International Business- Ensuring all new clients have a full understanding of our clients International Customer Service processes and have all the tools and contacts required to self-serve across all areas of the business- Monitoring the performance of new clients to ensure they trade to profile across all products and services within 4 weeks of go-live. Manage and grow any onboarded International Clients- Participate in companywide projects where required- Contribute to overall business strategy including target markets, products and proposition- Seek opportunities to increase knowledge of competitors and contribute to the clients competitor matrix- Resolving escalations and account queries- Work with the Product and marketing teams to influence the direction of the International Product Portfolio- Work directly with clients and client teams to ensure the products are continuing to fulfil the specific needs and demands of our current and future client base, and feed any opportunities for product enhancement and development into the wider businessTo be successful in this role you will require the following…Qualifications:- Experienced within International E-Commerce and Logistics- Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travelKnowledge & Experience:- Highly experienced International selling/account management background- Knowledge of selling to the B2C sector- Confident in selling to board level- Proven track record of selling internationally- Have an excellent level of insight into the market and customer needs and the drivers of customer experience- The ability to respond and work at pace on a variety of projectsTechnical & People Skills:- Outgoing/ engaging and confident individual- Excellent written and communication skills- Microsoft Office package- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Pro-active individual with ability to self-manage- Strong team player keen to work across departments and develop clear recommendations using multiple data sources- Willing to question and critically evaluate current ways of workingImpact & Influence- Negotiation skills able to close a deal that's best for the business- Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally- Influencing board level directors- Delivers under pressure & meets tight deadlines* Annual Targets 500k volume / £3m revenue
