- Achieve & exceed the annual volume/sales objectives committed and agreed during annual budgeting/forecasting processes for the existing account portfolio.
- Actively participate and contribute to the process of successful and relevant new products identification, development and introduction, and achieve the specific new products budgets set for the team or on individual basis.
- Identify accounts and prioritise efforts to provide high levels of relevant and specific actions plans to ensure achievement of the agreed targets and enhance the chances of further growth of the business of theses accounts.
- Develop and maintain documents where key facts, summary of historical sales, important events, major planned activities, NPD listing cycles, and similar key data can be traced, analysed and communicated to relevant superiors and as a tool for providing continuous service to the customers.
- Develop a new business pipeline in the Wholesale and Foodservice category with a specific focus on route-to-market customers such as Sandwich makers/ distributors, Wholesalers and C&C operators, resulting in new supply agreements across the UK.
- Develop and maintain a simple, accurate and timely reporting system for fast communication of important NPD & Price changes.
- Previous Sales experience 3 yrs +
- Experience in sales within Wholesale/ Convenience/ C&C trade
- Experience and understanding of the food industry with a strong ability to influence and build great working relationships with customers.
