CCP are thrilled to be working with an existing client who are a leading award-winning medical specialist as they look to expand their Business Development Team across the UK. You will be expected to develop and onboard new businesses by promoting the organisations supreme services and exceptional patient care.     Are you confident in Business Development and building relationships with medical professionals? Can you be trusted to work autonomously and effectively plan your day?     About The Role As a Business Development Manager, your role involves meeting with industry professionals to promote the leading benefits and outstanding services that the company offer for patients. You will be visiting new medical practices to expand your pipeline and gain more clients. You will be contacting and reaching out to new businesses to set up potential meetings, with the intention to build strong and robust working relationships. This could include attending independent opticians, GP practices, as well as hospitals for events and meetings.   The successful Business Development Manager will work Monday to Friday; 9am – 5pm. Your designated territory will be London and the South of England (ranging from Colchester to Brighton), with 90% of the work role being field based. You must have at least 2 years of Business Development experience in a similar role to be considered for the role.   Duties & Responsibilities
  • Selling the benefits and services of the organisation to decision making medical professionals.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong working relationships with new clients.
  • Analyse your territory and identify market potential, ascertaining trends and patterns where necessary.
  • Effectively plan your routes, manage your day and travel in your assigned area.
  • Forward plan your minimum expectations of each appointment to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Endorse and promote events, opens days and presentations, while attending conferences and events when required.
  • Be driven to meet and exceed agreed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Consistently maintain a high standard of compliance.
  • Be polite and respectfully represent the business.
  Salary & Benefits
  • £40,000 basic with an OTE of £55,000

  Essential Skills
  • Demonstrate relatable Business Development in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships.
  • Be highly driven with a willingness to be successful.
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Highly organised, ability to self-manage and adapt your workday.
  • Ability to build rapport effectively with new clients.
  • Confident in overcoming objections and closing business for those not currently referring their outstanding services.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, documenting meeting outcomes onto CRM.
  • Full, clean driving licences.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office and CRM systems.
  • Consistently be an advocate of the organisation, always presenting a professional and personal attitude to colleagues and customers.
