Are you an enthusiastic and helpful Client Account Manager? Then this is the perfect role for you! You will be joining a fantastic local Company where there will be plenty of opportunity for progression.

Some of your duties will include:

- Supporting the Sales Director with the day to day management of major client accounts

- Liaising with customers via telephone and email and establishing their individual requirements

- Recommending suitable products to clients and co-ordinating the distribution of marketing literature and product samples

- Inputting customer orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery

- Investigating any customer complaints received and ensuring an effective solution is found as quickly as possible

- Maintaining the CRM customer database system and updating information held when necessary
