Our client, an exciting Start-up whom are on a mission to transform workplaces globally, are looking to recruit a passionate, experienced Client Sales Director to join their growing team. Working on a remote basis (with travel to clients / quarterly meet-ups in London with company), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate! Our client help to design and deliver unique behaviour-changing learning programs for their client base and, to date, have helped to support over 300+ companies across 100+ countries - reaching over 2 million employees! Due to their exponential growth, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to help to develop new business, selling the company's incredible solution(s). In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: - Working directly with and reporting to the company's Founder & CEO on the EMEA growth strategy- Growing the new business pipeline in the UK, Europe and Middle East and actively seeking new industries and organisations to support- Responsible for the end to end on-boarding of clients; including client calls, meetings and follow-up discussions with newly onboarded organisations, adhering to our values on service delivery- Creating bespoke client proposals post meetings to turn their needs into a 12-month strategic plan of support- Managing all client requests for long-term partnerships or one-off services, and translating their needs into action- Maintaining close relationships with repeat clients- Leveraging internal data and having oversight of existing and future sales numbers and pipeline targets- Working closely with Marketing and Accounts teams to oversee the delivery for all EMEA clients, particularly for long-standing, bespoke partnerships- Direct Management responsibilities for members of the UK team, as well as training and supporting others as the company growsIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following: - Proven and demonstrable experience in B2B sales and business development in the Learning & Development UK and EMEA industry- Highly adaptive, self-starter, and pragmatic - able to turn ideas into action- Extremely competent in juggling several tasks at once and can ruthlessly prioritise according to the company's needs- Efficient with limited resources and able to find solutions at pace- Confident and experienced with managing up- Receptive to feedback delivered in real-time and being able to make swift changes and decision based on this feedback- Excited by high levels of ambiguity and open-ended challenges- Can create and deliver effective, compelling proposals and concise, clear emails- Fun, sociable personality!In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following: - Uncapped commission structure (realistic Year One OTE: £100,000)- Remote working (business travel expensed when meeting with clients)- Share options as the company grows - Genuine opportunities to progress throughout the company Our client are looking to move very quickly on this recruitment project, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
