Client Solutions ManagerLocation: UK, LondonLength: 12 monthsRate: £40.87 - £45.67 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 9am-6pm (onsite 3 days a week)Job BriefThe main function of a Client Solutions Manager is to partner with client partners to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions.Day to day:
  • Responding to briefs
  • Helping clients set up campaigns
  • Pitching new solutions
  • Drive adoption of new products and approaches
  • A lot of technical challenges such as reactive issues
  • Driving performance
  • Lots of projects going on across clients that the CW will get involved with – clear partnership plans in place for 2025
  • Measure success – Revenue growth targets – driving product adoption KPI metrics – client satisfaction surveys – Adhoc feedback
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for partners
  • Analyse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance

Education/Experience:
  • 5+ years min of social planning and execution inc specifically client-campaigns
