Commercial Pricing Manager
The Opportunity
We are a contract cleaning and soft services provider to the FM arena in London, and widely regarded as the employer of choice. We manage and support both end user clients and managing agents with several Iconic buildings and developments you will recognise.
We’re seeking a strategic, analytical, and commercially minded Commercial Pricing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we price, win, and retain business.
As Commercial Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with business goals, ensuring competitiveness while protecting margin. You will work closely with sales, operations, bid, and finance teams to deliver pricing solutions that support growth and profitability.
The Package
- £60k basic
- Annual bonus
- Home based with occasional meetings in Shadwell, London HQ
- 35 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

The role of Commercial Pricing Manager
- Lead the development of pricing models and strategies for new bids, tenders, and contract renewals.
- Analyse cost structures, labour models, and service deliverables to provide commercially viable pricing solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Bid, and Operational teams to ensure pricing aligns with delivery capabilities and client expectations.
- Support major bids with scenario planning, pricing sensitivity analysis, and client negotiation strategy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry benchmarks to ensure our offering remains competitive and compelling.
- Continuously improve pricing tools, templates, and governance processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Evaluate the financial performance of contracts post-implementation to inform future pricing decisions.
- Lead on margin enhancement initiatives and commercial reviews across key accounts.
- Ensure all pricing complies with internal governance and risk frameworks.
The Person
- Proven experience in a pricing, commercial finance, or bid management role—ideally within facilities management, cleaning, or service-led environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance competitive value and profitability.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of TUPE, labour costings, and operational delivery models is advantageous.
