Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a focused business with exciting growth plans across the close protection, asset protection and security services.
As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the company's current markets by identifying new business opportunities and creating strategies. You will lead the business development team, working with people at every level so excellent interpersonal skills are a must. The ideal Commercial Manager will have proven experience in a similar role, with the ability to sell services and a solid understanding of business and marketing principles.
Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients or new partnerships

Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities

Build relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs

Maintain and develop relationships with current clients

Pitch sales and products to new and existing clients

Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends

Create sales forecasts and actively work towards reaching them

Possess a strong understanding of the company’s services, the competition in the industry and positioning

Manage and train a business development team

Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that the requirements are met
