We are looking for a CRM Platform Lead to join our team.
We’re looking for a CRM Platform Lead to join our growing Salesforce team and drive the effective implementation and utilisation of our Salesforce CRM platform. The CRM Platform Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the Salesforce CRM platform, including the line management and onboarding of the appropriate team shape for our CRM team.
This role will involve working closely with the Pathways departments such as Student Recruitment and Marketing, Admissions, Conversion, Finance, and Solution Architecture, to drive value from the Salesforce platform to meet business CRM strategy needs and supports the company's strategic objectives.
What you’ll bring to the role
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and user management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with data management and integration tools (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
