Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm

Join a dynamic, boutique e-commerce business in the heart of London! We're seeking a dedicated professional to manage high-level customer complaints, oversee shipping orders, handle payments and deliveries, and lead a small, efficient team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve high-level customer complaints
  • Manage shipping orders, payments, and deliveries
  • Lead and support a small team
  • Answer customer queries
  • Researching products, and spotting trends in customer comments and interactions
  • Using CRM tools
  • Ensure seamless operation of our online retail platform
