Customer Relationship Manager Role with Prestigious Flagship Luxury Care Home

£50,000 + OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Relations Manager to join a leading luxury care provider at their prestigious flagship location in Central London. This role combines responsibility for generating interest in care home services and retirement living properties, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents and their families.

You will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering a first-class customer journey, driving occupancy for luxury care homes and retirement properties, and representing the brand to local stakeholders and communities.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

  • Proactively generate and manage inquiries, converting them into admissions and sales for care home and retirement living offerings.
  • Identify and execute local marketing opportunities to promote services, increasing visibility and engagement.
  • Build and maintain connections with key influencers, organisations, and partners to drive interest and referrals.
  • Coordinate and oversee sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Manage online and offline marketing, including social media, websites, and branding efforts.
  • Collaborate with Home Managers and central teams to align strategies and achieve occupancy and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable success in a Customer Relationship Manager role within the luxury care or retirement living sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, including social media, websites, and local advertising.
  • Confident, professional communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.

Remuneration

  • £50,000 + OTE
