Our client a global FinTech company with UK headquarters in central London.is now seeking a Customer Success Manager for an 8 month contract.This can be hybrid with 2 days a week in the office.
Skills? 3+ years experience in a client-facing/account management role.? Knowledge of CRM / Email Marketing or the aptitude to learn it quickly.? Strong negotiation skills, comfortable navigating financial conversations, and dealing with cancellations.? Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills. Familiar with presenting strategy verbally in person, over the phone, and in email.
Duties? Engaging customers virtually or in person to drive the best relational experience for customers.? Be accountable for the retention and growth of your customers.? Build and foster relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across multiple customer teams.? Engage customers in strategy conversations to derive maximum value from their investment in CRM software and related products.? Partner with different teams, including onboarding, Product, and contract management.
