The Customer Success Manager will be managing relationships in the performance marketing space with an array of high profile retails clients. You will be liaising with clients, maximising the value of their accounts and taking the lead of developing their digital marketing campaigns.

Customer Success Manager responsibilities:

路 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and manage a portfolio of high value retail accounts

路 Work closely with clients to help them achieve their business goals and maximise revenue of their accounts

路 Meet all KPIs through data driven analysis, planning and execution

路 Act as a mentor for junior staff members

Customer Success Manager requirements:

路 At least 4-5 years customer success/account management experience

路 Affiliate marketing or similar performance marketing experience is a must

路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

路 Previous experience from working at an affiliate network or SaaS platform (preferred)

路 Proven track record of handling high value clients and upselling into them

路 Experience of managing clients in the retail industry
