Our client is seeking a Delegate Relations Manager to help drive attendance at high-profile conferences, roundtables, and workshops attended by leaders from top global business schools and organisations.

In this role, you’ll connect with influential stakeholders worldwide, secure delegate bookings, and contribute to events that shape the future of business education. If you’re motivated by results, love building relationships, and have a global perspective, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Take charge of your sales pipeline, using your expertise to drive delegate bookings and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with representatives from leading business schools worldwide, connecting them with events tailored to their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to attract delegates, leveraging your network and sourcing fresh leads.
  • Represent our client at international events, promoting their offerings to business school leaders and organisations.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities, positioning our client’s events as must-attend experiences.

Relationship Building & Account Management

  • Forge strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at prestigious global business schools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding your clients’ challenges and demonstrating how attendance at these events will address their needs.
  • Provide exceptional service from the first contact to post-event follow-ups, ensuring clients return year after year.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns that attract the right delegates.
  • Collaborate with event planners and logistics teams to deliver seamless delegate experiences.
  • Partner with sponsorship teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize event success.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

  • Use analytics to track sales performance, refine strategies, and share actionable insights with the team.
  • Monitor the global business school market to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve event content, formats, and delegate experiences.

Location & Flexibility

This is a hybrid role based in central London, nearest tubes are St Pauls, Thames Link, Blackfriars, with just of two days a week in the office. International travel to attend and represent our client at global events is part of the adventure! Hours 35 per week.
