Product Owner - ServiceNow

Central London - Hybrid - 1x per week

We are representing a globally renowned brand who are looking for a Product Owner to join their Digital Workplace team. Operating in the media industry, this company are market leaders in what they do with an excellent reputation as a place of work.

The Digital Workplace team is responsible for several of the key tools used internally by our client to help boost productivity and collaboration. Their remit includes, O365, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and ServiceNow.

As the Product Owner for ServiceNow, you will help create and prioritise the roadmap for the tool, helping to further evangelise and optimise its usage in the business. You will work with a designated internal developer, as well as coordinate 3rd part developer resources. Our client run a comprehensive ServiceNow package but much of it remains under-utilised, you will help them draw the full value of this through careful stakeholder engagement and good delivery.

We are looking for:

  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow and it's capabilities as a product
  • Experience in some sort of change or transformation role e.g Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager etc.
  • Good understanding of 'Product' ways of working
  • Good understanding of Jira
  • Great knowledge of IT Service Management and Agile methodologies
