About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join their team, balancing hands-on sales with team management. This is an individual contributor (IC) role with a defined sales target, in addition to overseeing a small team within the enterprise division. You'll work closely with senior sales leadership to grow and maintain client relationships, drive new business, and guide team performance. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact the company's Microsoft and Cisco strategies, with a stronger focus on Microsoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities

?? Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Enterprise Sales Representatives, focusing on achieving team goals and developing skills.
  • Set clear expectations and performance metrics, tracking progress and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.

?? Sales Execution & Individual Target

  • Actively manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, with a focus on delivering Microsoft and Cisco solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities and drive account growth through strategic selling and relationship-building.
  • Hit a defined individual sales target while balancing team responsibilities and coaching.
  • Develop customised sales strategies for each client, ensuring tailored solutions and high client satisfaction.

�? Client & Vendor Relationship Management

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within Microsoft and Cisco, leveraging these connections to maximise client engagement and partnership opportunities.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues and collaborate cross-functionally to provide top-tier support.

?? Strategic Planning & Forecasting

  • Contribute to the strategic sales plan and team goals, balancing time between direct sales activities and team management.
  • Use analytics to monitor sales performance, report on team achievements, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing and driving enterprise sales within a VAR, with a successful record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong familiarity and connections with Microsoft and/or Cisco sales teams.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring sales teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate while achieving personal sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strategic mindset.
