Description

  • Develop and refine compelling copy for diverse marketing platforms and materials.
  • Oversee and update conference websites to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strategise and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with event objectives.
  • Leverage advertising software and tools to enhance campaign quality and lead generation.
  • Collaborate on the design, production, and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Manage the company's social media presence and lead key brand campaigns.
  • Foster collaborations with media and association partners for external promotions.
  • Coordinate with the Research team for data analysis, segmentation, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Lead the execution and roll out of email campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Establish clear KPIs and generate detailed reports to measure campaign success.
  • Monitor and evaluate digital campaigns, providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports, offering insights and suggestions for future enhancements.
  • Create and distribute post-event materials, including surveys and detailed reports.

Profile

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing practices and channels, including Google Analytics, SEO, Adwords, and major social media platforms.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or events role within a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS platform is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in successful marketing communications campaigns.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing practices, tracking, and response reporting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
