The role:

  • As Franchise Relationship Manageryou will take responsibility for a portfolio of international high profile commercial relationships and will have full P&L responsibility.
  • The Franchise Relationship Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering successful JBPs, Pricing and Promotional Strategies as well as managing account budgets and investment.
  • Having responsibility for onboarding new franchise partners theFranchise Relationship Managerwill have full P&L ownership for partners and will be focused on building long lasting relationships with key contacts within key partners.
  • In the role the Franchise Relationship Manager will maintain a deep understanding of the partners and their consumers and will identify opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidate:

  • You will currently be an upward curve Franchise Relationship Manager working within the consumer sector ideally within leisure or hospitality. In this environment you will have developed P&L responsibility but will be looking to move into a role that is fast paced, entrepreneurial with an international focus.
  • International experience is ideal but not essential
  • It is essential that you can demonstrate a passion for building relationships and a flair for commerciality along with fantastic negotiation and influencing skills
  • You must have excellent relationship building skills, you will be able to communicate and influence with stakeholders.
  • As Franchise Relationship Manager you must have good insight and data analysis skills and be able to action opportunities to drive profit
  • You will have excellent planning and organization skills and will be able to work independently on your own initiative, a self-starter with can-do attitude
