About the Role:
As a critical member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the expansion of our client's UK business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in the medical or dental technology field. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic business planning, driving revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and building a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to establish and expand UK market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dental market.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, clinics, hospitals and distributors.
- Drive sales initiatives and develop effective marketing strategies to promote brand awareness.
- Recruit, train and manage a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Oversee budget planning and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the dental or medical device industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development, market expansion and revenue generation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage effective teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the dental market is a huge plus.
- Experience managing P&L and understanding financial performance metrics.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced Degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
