About the Role:

As a critical member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the expansion of our client's UK business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in the medical or dental technology field. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic business planning, driving revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and building a high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's UK operations, contributing to its long-term success and market dominance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to establish and expand UK market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dental market.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, clinics, hospitals and distributors.
  • Drive sales initiatives and develop effective marketing strategies to promote brand awareness.
  • Recruit, train and manage a high-performing sales and operations team.
  • Oversee budget planning and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the dental or medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, market expansion and revenue generation.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage effective teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of the dental market is a huge plus.
  • Experience managing P&L and understanding financial performance metrics.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced Degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
