The Role
Reporting to the Head of Retail, you'll lead a dynamic sales team, driving growth and fostering strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing strategies, optimising customer journeys, and managing team performance. You'll also analyse market trends, oversee processes, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
About You
We're looking for a seasoned sales leader with experience in automotive retail, a proven track record of achieving targets, and strong team management skills. Familiarity with automotive systems (e.g., Kerridge or Pinewood) and a results-driven, customer-first approach are essential.
